Once your request is submitted and pictures are received a Division representative will reach out to you after reviewing your information.
We will provide a free estimate based on the pictures and project details provided before scheduling an onsite consultation.
Onsite consultations are $90-$150 and are credited to the final invoice if we are chosen to do the work.
Our onsite consultations consist of meeting with a knowledgeable professional who helps establish a scope of work, provides ideas, solutions, material options, and price points that fit your budget.
After the consultation we will provide a written quote for the scope of work discussed.
For projects with a lot of detail or requiring permits we provide 3D renderings and 2D construction plans starting at $500.
Once we have visited the property and have established a scope of work we can begin the design process.
We start with a 3D rendering to ensure our vision aligns with yours. once you approve of our 3D rendering we will move onto the 2D construction plans. This includes all the information to obtain permits and for construction crews to perform the work correctly.
Once the construction plans are completed we provide you with a accurate written quote for your project.
The design and construction plans are yours to keep regardless if you decide to schedule the work right away with us or to receive quotes from other contractors.
